Do I need to be good with technology to use your courses?
Not at all. Our courses are written for everyday people. Each lesson explains what to do, why it matters and exactly where to tap or click.
How do I get my course after I buy it?
Right after checkout you'll receive an email with your download link. You can also access it from your order confirmation page. Save the files and they're yours to keep.
When will my physical order ship?
Our products ship from trusted U.S. suppliers. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If you order items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages.
Can I return a product?
Yes. Physical products can be returned under our refund policy. Contact us first and we'll walk you through it. Digital courses work a little differently; see the refund policy for details.
Are your free guides really free?
Yes. Everything on our Security Guides blog is free to read, no signup required.
Do you offer help for my specific situation?
We can't provide one-on-one tech support for your devices, but we read every message. If a question comes up a lot, we'll write a guide about it.
